The Luminous Healing Series is designed to help you to go deeper into your aspirations for the year, activating your potential to be well, magnetize and manifest.

This is going to be a beautiful and transformative experience — Every area of your life can benefit from this experience — from your health and career to your relationships and love-life, creativity,  everything!

The Luminous Healing Series will help you:  

  • Connect with your heart and your innate capacity to heal and manifest your dreams

We will be working with the chakra system and integrative healing practices to help you unblock your energy and activate your potential. 

Each class will integrate journaling and creative expression along with Reiki energy and meditative practices using  imagery, sound and breath.

All in good company, for support and motivation.

Meet your guide

 
 

Maria Colina is a meditation and yoga teacher, ayurvedic lifestyle counselor, reiki master and sound healer with seventeen years of professional experience. She studied Medicine in Venezuela before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006. 

Maria is a remarkable individual who shows passion and dedication to her work. With over a decade of experience in integrative healing, Maria offers accessible, inspiring and transformational teachings.

Her work is based on helping you to access your innate capacity to move towards self-healing and discovery. Maria’s approach is warm, personable, and oriented to developing a compassionate and non-judgemental awareness toward what supports or diminishes your well-being. From that place of inner wisdom, she guides you towards simplified behavioral changes that support your life visions.

Maria offers integrative holistic practices, and tools that support diet and digestion, sleep and rest, emotional balance, relaxation, mindfulness, and a positive mindset.

Creativity, collaboration, meaningful client relationships, and community are essential components of her work. She has co-created several online holistic programs: Infinite Beauty, Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse and Fall Seasonal Reset, a 21-Day Healing Experience, and the Emotional Harmony series.

I am offering a tiered, pay-what-supports-you pricing plus scholarships.

This model was inspired by one of my teachers who shared the  Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunnin. 

Reflecting honestly about your financial situation and paying at a level you can afford helps us grow a healthy and sustainable community. It also respects the work of teachers and creators, like myself.

Please read the following criteria and determine which price is appropriate for you:

  • Highest price (true price) $222: You have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings; if you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life; if you have economic privilege and power in our community, this price is for you.

    By choosing this price, you are “paying it forward” and contributing to a more equitable world.

  • Middle price (reduced price) $188: You may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but you also have access to steady income. You do NOT struggle to meet basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc.

    Making this investment might mean you might have to cut back on some discretionary spending in your life (such as going out to dinner, buying coffee, buying a new outfit, or going on vacation), but the sacrifice is short-term, and will not harm you in the long term.

  • Lowest price (reduced price)$160: You have access to basic needs such as food, housing, and childcare, though sometimes it may feel difficult. You are able to save money/month each week to be able to pay for the program.

I am also offering scholarships opportunities for those who even the lowest tier price is truly beyond their means, but who would benefit from participating.
